Fit 4 AI offers you the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced consultant who, together with you, will define the challenges you face, your objectives and your priority development action(s). Together, you will also carry out a feasibility analysis of pre-selected use cases, in particular through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of available internal data.

The consultant will draw up a roadmap including a detailed action plan with cost estimates for material investments, the choice of an AI solution (generic or tailor-made). An estimate of the return on investment will also be provided.

Fit 4 AI: mission content

FIT 4 AI DIAGNOSTIC
(6 months maximum) Carrying out a diagnosis to assess the company's level of maturity in terms of artificial intelligence, to identify high value-added use opportunities, to analyze the risks and associated costs and to select, in a reasoned manner, the most relevant initiatives.

Subsidy rate

The subsidy rate depends on the size of the company:

Small

up to 70% of eligible fees

Medium

up to 60% of eligible fees

Large

up to 50% of eligible fees

Who can benefit from Fit 4 AI

The program is open to businesses of any size that meet the following criteria:

Have your registered office in Luxembourg
Carrying out an economic activity as a main occupation
Hold a valid business permit issued by the Ministry of the Economy

How to benefit from Fit 4 AI

Step 0 : AI maturity assessment
→ The company completes the AI maturity assessment, which will give a view on its maturity in terms of data and AI
Step 1 : Grant application
→ The company chooses a referenced expert
→ The company provides Luxinnovation with the necessary documents (The information transmitted is collected only to process the grant application)
Step 2 : Conduct of the mission
→ The consultant carries out the diagnosis with the company
Step 3 : Presentation of conclusions
→ Within 6 months, the consultant explains his analyses and recommendations when presenting the action plan
Step 4 : The company requests the payment of the subsidy
→ Thanks to the steps previously taken by Luxinnovation, the company can request the payment of the subsidy once the implementation has been finalised (=submission of the action plan
