Be part of the first Fit 4 Scale programme 

Fit 4 Scale is a brand-new programme designed for ambitious companies ready to expand across Europe. Over nine months, five selected companies will receive tailored support from seasoned entrepreneurs, technical experts and venture capitalists. Together, we will tackle some of the most critical growth challenges - including internationalisation, capital access and visibility - as well as others specific to your scaleup’s journey. 

Why Fit 4 Scale?

Fit 4 Scale is part of the Luxembourg government’s 10-points action plan to strengthen the startup and scaleup ecosystem. Developed by Luxinnovation and the Ministry of the Economy, in collaboration with ecosystem partners, the programme provides the bespoke support that founders need to successfully scale in Europe.

Key benefits

Fit 4 Scale offers high-potential companies the following advantages:

  1. Entrepreneurial lead mentors
    Each founder will be connected with an experienced entrepreneur for the length of the programme.
  2. Internationalisation
    Inclusion in the Entrepreneur-in-Resident (EIR) programme, identification of and support to access relevant EU accelerators, corporate partnerships and trade fairs.
  3. Ad-hoc 1:1 expert support
    Customised sessions to answer specific challenges faced by scaleups. A pool of experts willing to provide a one-time support will be assembled.
  4. Capital access support
    Access to Luxembourg-based VCs as sounding board, support in identifying relevant international VCs including introductions at the Luxembourg Venture Days.
  5. Deep-dive modules
    Expert-led workshops for all participating scaleups on topics such as sales, finance, team leadership and other scaling challenges.
  6. Visibility support through ecosystem events and media exposure.
  7. AI acceleration support
    Specific AI focus as part of the deep-dive modules including technical assessments and identification of opportunities to scale.



Are you eligible to apply?

You can quickly verify whether your company meets the Fit 4 Scale criteria via the national startup platform managed by Startup Luxembourg.
This link filters for startups and scaleups that: 

  • have raised between €1 million and €15 millions in funding
  • are registered in Luxembourg
  • are less than 20 years old
  • have a verified profile on the national startup platform managed by Startup Luxembourg

Important: Your application to Fit 4 Scale requires the creation or update of your profile on the national platform managed by Startup Luxembourg. Only companies whose profiles are complete and up-to-date by the application deadline (14 December 2025) — including information on FTEs and funds raised — and that meet all other programme eligibility criteria will be considered for evaluation.

If you are creating a new profile, make sure to include all key information: company name, RCS number, Luxembourg address, company launch date, funding amount, employee number, website and name of founder.

Your profile will be verified by the Startup Luxembourg team to confirm localisation and innovation.
